Malmo: unConference and Couchsurfing

I’m on a very steep learning curve doing an e-government unConference in Malmo. I’ve been to a couple of unConferences, one with Doc and another with IdentityWoman (aka Kaliya). They made it look easy (which could, I suppose, mean that it really is easy but I suspect means they are pretty damn good at it).
Also I had my first Couchsurfing experience which is a complete buzz. It’s exciting, welcoming, comfortable: feels like being an excited student again but wifi has been invented this time.
Event Twitter hashtags are as follows: #preconference for today, #gov2009 for tomorrow and #malmo09 for the unConference Donagh and I are arranging at Garaget.
